What is complaining? Generally speaking, it's an expression of pain, dissatisfaction, or resentment. Obviously, it increases to a statement of guiltiness and judgment that people whine about constantly. Why do we complain? Is it healthy for everybody?
Based on my own (and true!) personal experiences, I think we complain for loads of reasons. Most of the times, we complain because we only want another people to recognize our suffering in order to gain their sympathy. We also complain hoping that someone will give us a hand to fix our problems (which is silly because we should ask them for help). However, we mainly complain to vent our emotions and our feelings of powerlessness.
Obviously, complaining becomes a negative habit because we only focus on how wrong things are and it conditions our mind to expect and even create depressing situations. Some scientists say that neurons become negativity magnets as result of our statements. At some point people choose to stick in a negative thoughts pattern, so let's get ready to start accepting some of that responsibility back on our plates.

Human beings fortunately (or not) have the freedom to choose. We must embrace more and more responsibility for our lives and the way we go through them:
If we're unhappy, it’s because we're creating it.
If there’s something which really annoys us, we're responsible for fixing it.
If we want someone to be part of my life, we must attract and invite him/her to be with us.
I'm convinced that discussing is a better choice when we want to express something we don't like at all, because DISCUSSING involves taking a more balanced approach. I mean we try to understand the origin of problems and think of a remedy. We assume our responsibility and stop blaming others when a situation is out of control...
This is far more productive, remember that discussion with knowledgeable people always give us a new perspective which helps to deal with problems effectively.
I'm aware of how negative can be complaining at times so nowadays when I catch myself doing that, I stop and ask myself if I do want to continue denying responsibility for my reality instead of allowing a bit more responsibility back.
Maybe you’re ready to assume that responsibility, and maybe you aren’t, but do your best to cheer up yourself. Do you want sympathy for creating what you don’t want, or do you want congratulations for creating what you do want?
STOP COMPLAINING! LIFE IS HARD SOME TIMES BUT NOT ALWAYS.- IT'S ALL ABOUT HOW WE DECIDE TO TAKE IT…
